Buying Tickets

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply only to Tickets ultimately purchased at musicinportland.org or at our box office.  Tickets purchased from others are subject to the conditions of the ultimate seller.  Tickets purchased on this website are generally not refundable.  Please do not duplicate a Ticket, as only the first ticket holder with a given QR-code will be admitted, and any subsequent copies will be rejected.  Portland Choir & Orchestra retains sole right to refuse entry at the discretion of its own staff.

Tickets must be downloaded either immediately after purchase or from the email, and include a QR-code or barcode that uniquely identifies the Ticket and seat assignment if applicable.  The QR-code / barcode is required on arrival at the concert for check-in.  You may print the Ticket including the QR-code / barcode or download the PDF ticket and QR code / barcode to a mobile device from the email for check-in.  Please download or print all tickets before arrival at the concert and ensure the screen brightness is sufficient for scanning the QR-code / barcode.  If you purchased several Tickets, please do not bring them all on a single device.  Print them, or distribute to devices to be held by individual attendees in order to expedite checking in for everyone.  While we may be able to look up your ticket by attendee or purchaser name, this will significantly extend your check-in process and may impact others as well.

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon checkout, not when delivery of the Ticket is confirmed.  You are responsible to provide a working email address for Ticket delivery.  If the email fails, we will attempt to assist, but cannot issue refunds due to non-working email addresses.  You may download PDF tickets immediately after checkout from the order confirmation page potentially bypassing the email requirement.  Portland Choir & Orchestra will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.  You are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of Your Ticket.  It is not always possible to issue duplicate Tickets.  If duplicates are issued, a reasonable administration fee may be charged.

Venues in which seats are reserved will have designated accessible seating options in every ticket price tier.  When you purchase an accessible seat, you must confirm need for accessibility before you can complete the purchase.  Please do not purchase an accessible seat unless you have a demonstrable need or all other seats in the pricing tier have already been purchased.  If an accessibility requirement is brought to our attention and you cannot demonstrate your need, you may be required to move to a different seat probably at a different pricing level.
